Below are the three most common types of pools. Again, all of them have their pros and cons, it really is about finding the perfect fit for what you're looking to get out of a pool!

If you're not sure where to even start please don't hesitate to give our team a call today we are more than happy to field any questions that may come up! Give us a ring at (816)-608-7661 today and we can help! Or simply fill out a contact form on the right and we will reach out within 24 hours time!

Fiber Glass Installations

Fiber glass pools are very well sought after pools and for very good reasons! They are very easy to maintain, quick to install, and very durable! A great option for a lot of families! The off-site manufacturing typically makes them less customization and for that reason isn't the best choice if you're looking for a pool that is truly customized to fit you specific vision.

But for many families this is the perfect option! If you're interested in a fiberglass pool today please don't hesitate to give us a call today we are more than happy to answer and inquiries you may have!

  • a large indoor swimming pool with blue water and a ladder .

  • a large swimming pool with a rock in the middle of it .

Vinyl Pool Installations

Vinyl pool liners are the least durable of all three pool options. Vinyl in it of itself is typically very durable but they are more susceptible to tears at the hands of dogs with sharp nails or say a downed branch. They are typically the most affordable pool to install but they won't last as long a concrete or a fiber glass pool.

If you're still not sure what type of material you want to build with not a problem give us a call today or fill out a contact form and we can help field any questions you may have! We look forward to helping you make your dream backyard a reality!

Initial Meeting

We being the process by first and foremost having our initial meeting. The reason for this is to make sure that both parties are on the same page and we can sit down with our clients and get to the bottom of what it is they are looking for. We go through things like type of pool, pool design, budget, and available space for the pool installation. We believe this initial meeting is one of the most important ones to make sure that both parties are on the same page and expectations can be set!

Area Survey

From there one we know what type of pool we want to have built be it a vinyl liner or fiberglass we can begin figuring out design and area to work with! Here at Kansas City Pool Builders we want to make sure that we do as much due diligence as possible before we actually break ground, and that includes a land survey! We will make sure to identify any utilities, sprinkler heads, and wiring that might cause problems to our pool installation.

Design Meeting

The initial meeting is really to make sure that both parties are a good fit, the design meeting is to make sure that we know exactly what kind, style, and size pool that is being built! Our team of professional and experienced designers are ready to help you build the backyard oasis of your dreams! During the design meeting we run through the best options and really help to develop a game plan going forward!

Construction

Probably the most important stage of the process! What is most important about this process is that our clients are aware of the construction timeline and have realistic expectations. Typically a pool installation takes about 2-3 months depending of course on weather conditions and if mother nature is cooperating with us. Throughout this stage of the process we need to make sure that our clients know everything we are doing and we strive to be as transparent about the building process as possible!
